Staging Area of Nulsec Fleet

Overview                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      The plan is to use a Black Ops ship to jump some frigates into a part of highsec that is way deep into nutsec pirate space and not too far from Ore nulsec space to set up an outpost of the corp were we can keep a jump clone and some ships, once we get to this staging area we can set about making some ships and have some fleets going out into nulsec once a week.(Remember most of the fleet will not need to use star gates only the scouts) to make some ISK then just dock up and use your JC to get in and out any time you like. The black Ops ship can then be fitted to act as a hauler to take in/out anything we or the corp needs.
